In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph vip" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at ph-vip.app and all associated services, features, and content made available thereunder.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on ph vip or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on ph vip.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, slot, bingo, live dealer game, sports bet, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, including those administered by PAGCOR.

By accessing ph vip, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ph vip Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

ph vip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph vip will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

To be eligible to register and use ph vip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ph vip strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine regulations governing online gaming. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from ph vip or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph vip, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

ph vip reserves the right to decline registration or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on ph vip. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines (whether in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, or elsewhere), and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ph vip reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All transactions on ph vip are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph vip supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ph vip does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ph vip aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder.

• Withdrawals may not be processed until any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied.
• ph vip reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• ph vip reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Platform.

ph vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ph vip bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that remain unplayed at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• ph vip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that the offer is being abused or exploited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or other abusive strategies — will have their bonuses voided and their Account reviewed.

ph vip reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings that were credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means.

All Games available on ph vip are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that Game.

All Games on ph vip use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game providers. The outcomes of all Games are genuinely random and are not manipulated by ph vip. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph vip and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or Games.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or misrepresentation in connection with the use of ph vip.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform software.

ph vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Players. Online gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal difficulties, ph vip encourages Players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

ph vip provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from ph vip. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To access these tools or to request self-exclusion, contact ph vip support at any time. ph vip will process all responsible gaming requests promptly and in good faith. All content on ph vip, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of ph vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ph vip.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of ph vip intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, ph vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph vip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph vip makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

ph vip's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph vip reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose ph vip to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, ph vip reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and forfeit any Bonus Funds. Real-money Balance may be returned to you at ph vip's discretion, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ph vip support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of ph vip shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with ph vip informally by contacting our support team. ph vip will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

ph vip operates in compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
